Clearfield Lofts

Originally built in 1901 as the German Evangelical Lutheran Church, Clearfield Lofts is being converted into a 20-unit residential building while preserving the exterior character of the original red brick structure. The project restores the crown molding and maintains the building’s original door and window forms throughout.
